Really lovely staff, helped with ever single request I had. Accommodated my super late 10:30pm check-in due to cancelled train. Typical cheap Indian accommodation, but was a real treat coming from a night in Paharganj! The best place to stay if you're going to Taj Mahal for sunrise. Food is standard fare, hearty food for a cheap price though. Staying here made a bad day better!

Agra, the epitome of beauty and grandeur, encapsulates...
Agra, the epitome of beauty and grandeur, encapsulates centuries of history within its walls, and at its heart lies the breathtaking wonder, the Taj Mahal. My recent visit to this iconic city left me in awe of its unparalleled splendor and historical significance.
The Taj Mahal, a masterpiece of Mughal architecture, stands as a testament to love and devotion, its white marble facade glowing ethereally in the sunlight. As I wandered through its meticulously crafted gardens and gazed upon its majestic domes and minarets, I was overwhelmed by a sense of wonder and reverence.
But Agra's beauty extends far beyond the Taj Mahal. The Agra Fort, with its imposing red walls and intricate design, offers a glimpse into India's rich heritage and storied past. Exploring its labyrinthine corridors and opulent palaces was like stepping back in time, each stone whispering tales of emperors and empires.
And then there are the vibrant markets and bustling streets of Agra, where the city's vibrant culture comes to life. From the colorful bazaars filled with handicrafts and souvenirs to the aromatic food stalls serving up mouthwatering delicacies, every corner of Agra is a feast for the senses.
But perhaps what struck me most about Agra was the warmth and hospitality of its people. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with smiles and kindness, making me feel welcome and at home in this enchanting city.
In conclusion, Agra is not just a destination; it's an experience that leaves an indelible mark on the soul. Whether you're a history buff, a culture enthusiast, or simply someone in search of beauty and inspiration, Agra has something to offer everyone. I cannot recommend it highly enough – a true gem of India that deserves to be explored and celebrated.

It is very sad that such a beautiful and historic place is in such a bad condition. Dirty and stinking everywhere. People are not welcoming, everyone is dying to steal you, cheat you, fool you and take money out of you. No one cares about hospitality. I feel sorry for Taj Mahal and other beautiful historic building that they are in wrong hands.

With only one day available on a busy itinerary it had to be the Taj Mahal. Get up early and have a snack, then get to the ticket office for 6.15. (Gates open at 6.30) - at least they did in February.
If we'd had a bit more time, then Agra fort would have been worth a visit.
One place to relax is a small rooftop bar called Treat up the steepest, narrowest staircase ever. Great to watch the world go by with a cold beer and a wide selection of reasonably priced food.

The three classic monuments in and around Agra all lived up to expectations. Despite the fact that Taj Mahal is so well known from pictures, visiting it at sunrise still made an enormous impact. The Red Fort in Agra is also impressive, though it is by no means the only fort from that period in the area. Fatehpur Sikri (about an hour away from Agra) is definitely worth a visit, perhaps because it was conceived as a city and not just as a fort.

Agra is a beautiful city and there are many attractions in...
Agra is a beautiful city and there are many attractions in addition to the Taj Mahal. Because it is a serene and lovely city with wide roads and footpaths for easy walking, seeing some of the monuments and forts here can be more relaxed than in other busy cities.
Management of entry into the Taj Mahal and the Baby Taj and Agra Fort are easy and well organised.
There are lovely places to eat and unique parks like Selfie Point if you like pretty lights and photos.
A full two day or three day stay is time well spent here.
Amazing budget hotel found super close to the Taj Mahal, just few minutes by walk to the main entrance!
The hotel stuff so friendly and kind, they helped with everything we needed, they even found and arranged us the sleeper bus to our next destination! Very close to the main train Agra station and just few minutes by walk to the Taj Mahal! The view from the rooftop amazing, great views of the Taj Mahal and local old houses , you can just spot this views endlessly drinking coffee or chai if you just had a time!
Excellent location, 5 minutes to Taj Mahal. We were offered a free pickup from the Agra Cantt Railway station. Hotel was nearby all major tourist attractions. Room was spacious, looked like the property was new and rooms were in great shape. Breakfast was delicious, with both Indian and continental options. Staff was very helpful too and guided us well on what all we could do on our 3 days trip to Agra. Overall, I’m very satisfied and happy with my trip. Hotel was value for money! Great job team!
Looking for one night of relaxation in comfort amidst budget travel plans. The discount on the room through booking.com is why we selected it. It was perfect for a restorative evening after a 40degree day going around the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. We felt very refreshed after our stay.
Staff very attentive.
Beautiful room. Beautiful hotel
Dinner at restaurant was very good, and staff were patient when discussing a food allergy.
Laundry service has quick turnaround
Our experience at Village Homestay Agra was absolutely fantastic. The family who owns and operates the hotel is incredibly welcoming and dedicated to ensuring guests have a great stay. Dheeraj Sir's passion for excellent customer service, along with his father's support, is truly commendable.
If you are looking for a real Village experience in budget then surely go for it
The hotel was very nice and lovely. The rooms were really clean and tha bathrooms were really clean as well. More importantly the reception and customer service were really helpful. Took really good care of us and checked us in and out and provided us with an early breakfast as we were leaving early. They help you with knowing Agra so you can enjoy the city as well.
This was my 3rd visit to Agra and this is the best property for Faimly & Friends. The location of the hotel is approx 5 minutes away from Taj Mahal. The staff was so courteous and helpful. Freshly cooked local delicacies for lunch, dinner and breakfast surprised.
Thank you team Da Bungalow. I am excited to stay next visit.
The location of this property is exactly as advertised. It is a 100 meter stroll to the admission gate of the Taj. From their, a couple of kilometers through a near-deserted park put us across the street from Agra Fort.
Additionally, the property is clean and well-maintained, a lovely Indian boutique hotel.
My stay at Goyal Hoteliers was nothing short of amazing! The staff was courteous and attentive, and the hotel's proximity to Taj Mahal made sightseeing a breeze. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Agra!
It's a awesome place to stay in Agra, budget friendly hotel. Rooms are spacious. Owner is so kind person always ready to help. Peaceful environment..... Highly recommend to everyone who is coming to Agra.
Agra wouldn't be the same without Goyal Hoteliers! The prime location near Taj Mahal, coupled with the top-notch service and amenities, made my stay truly memorable. Will definitely be back
