We were really happy with the flat. The place itself is very clean and it has everything you may need - towels and toiletries, coffee, milk etc.
You get access to Wifi and TV.
The host is super nice and flexible, there was no problem with arriving quite early and leaving late.
She also provided some snacks and drinks.

A very nice condominium, in perfect location ( outside the low emissions zone). The apartment was about 40 square meters including fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and clothing washing machine. The living area with the dining table and TV was another comfortable area. With a separation from the main area the bedroom with it's comfortable bed, completed the apartment. The extra benefit was also the free parking in the ground floor secured area. It worth to mention the excellent staff from which I received their support, when I needed. Special mention on the night operator Mrs Gee Gee was was very polite by giving fast and effective solutions. i will defiantly come back her and it is strong recommended to other guests. Well done to its management.

It was good to meet the chap tidying the frontage as I left.
It was good to meet the chap tidying the frontage as I left. He hasn't been their long but obviously had a very clear idea of what is needed to turn this place around. This would be an excellent place to stay if the problems were sorted out.

From the first moment we arrived, we were so impressed at how we were welcomed, we arrived early, and Issac the Fantastic Manager , let us check in early.
We had 2 rooms, both spotlessly clean, spacious , and very comfortable beds.
The bar, restaurant and reception staff went out of their way to do everything they could to make sure our food, drinks & service was excellent.
Carpark underneath hotel, very safe, convenient & only a very small overnight charge.
Brentford is a lovely area, clean, modern, easy assessable, safe and lots of facilities near by including hairdressers, beauty salons, really good cafes, and good public transport.
I will return again to this lovely place.

A discovery for us.
A discovery for us. We were staying there as close to family. Brentford is in transition. Money being spent on re-development of the the riverside areas. Makes it interesting. Some interesting local history. Some interesting places to eat. The local Museums (musical; water and steam; transport) were not open when we had availability, but look interesting. Close to Kew, Osterley House and Gardens (Brilliant!). Good transport links to central London, Heathrow. Friendly and welcoming.

Great place to stay while in the UK, with delicious food at the restaurant located in the hotel and refreshing flavored water available in the lobby after walking back from the train station in the hot weather. Very helpful cleaning staff and courteous employees overall. Overall great value for a short stay and close to affordable transportation.

Easy access to London city centre via underground Piccadily line. Buses also available. Polish shops near South Ealing station were a nice suprise :). Brentford seems to be a safe and not so expensive place for a stay in London.
New everything, modern space, good view of London on the horizon. Good spot to see the sights then hang out after..
The staff were on hand and present. I was concerned when making this booking after some reviews, but it’s not as tough as it seems. Pass code for parking, pass code for entry. But there ARE staff there. They do come and help you.
Great price for a great location. Easy to walk to bars and restaurants and get the bus to Boston Manor for the tube to central London. Hotel is situated at Brentford Locks. We walked to Kew Gardens, expensive to get into though. We have stayed here on a number of occasions and is our first choice when staying on London.
the property sits 25m from the M4, is part of a mid rise building development that is 10 years old, quite densely populated and unpleasant to walk around in the evening / night. not that there’s much to walk to. the building has been maintained sufficiently enough to warrant the grade the hotel gets.
The hotel was so clean and staff were so friendly the use of the pool and sauna was incredible kids loved it but only got to go in it once due to it being closed for maintenance which was a shame but still a nice touch. Lots of choice for breakfast which was great for everyone
Lovely staff, felt so welcomed 😊
The room and place was surprisingly clean and peaceful vibe. Very well decorated .
One minute walk from Brentford Station. Direct metro to centre.
Room was clean and good sized . I loved the place. Definitely going back again.
I like how clean the room was and the rainfall shower head. I enjoyed that there was a living room space and balcony so its not only a bed to sleep in at night but a place to sit and relax. Definitely a great hotel if you're staying with a group of friends.
The room was spacious, clean and warm when we arrived. The staff were helpful and we were able to book a taxi to London through the reception as when we went London bus drivers and Tube workers were on strike.
Lobby, bar area and spa were all lovely.
Friendly staff and room / hotel was quiet.
Room was very clean.
Menu for dinner and breakfast looked nice and varied although we didn't eat in the hotel.
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Staff were all very friendly and attentive. Room was huge, clean and had a great smart tv to connect Netflix etc. The pool and sauna was a nice addition too!
The room was warm and comfortable with kettle and bowl and mugs. Great stay and personell was super friendly. The curtains light and draft blocking. Slept well and comfy.
Very comfortable and spacious room with plenty of hanging space for clothes, good kitchen facilities and nice bathroom. Underground parking directly under the hotel.
