The pool was so appreciable. The bed was very comfortable and each bed had a curtain so in the morning I was not disturbed by the sunbeams. The price was really correct. The hotel is next to the subway station and buses.

Nice and clean hotel, rooms were cleaned every day; little things like providing fresh fruit or cookies at the reception in the afternoon were a nice touch.

More or less everything. Our welcome by Jack was excellent. And during our stay the whole team were friendly, approachable and able to answer most of our questions. The room was a very good size with a well equipped kitchen. The hotel provided a rubber mat for the bathroom and a kettle for the kitchen when requested. A few more electric sockets in the kitchen would be desirable, but we managed. Housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room. The bar restaurant was enjoyable for drinks and meals. I'm afraid prices everywhere are quite expensive but the service and staff were very good. We had a complimentary extension of the checkout time which was very helpful. The location is excellent. Foggy Bottom is a lovely quiet leafy suburb with a metro, grocery store, bus stops and a nice bar, Circa, all nearby. Personal safety and security were never an issue. Kennedy Centre 10 minutes walk; Georgetown 15 minutes walk or a short bus ride. Good access by metro and bus to all the key sites.

Boasting many national treasures, Washington DC is the US capital and home to the world’s most iconic presidential building – The White House. Most visitors start at the National Mall, a huge park stretching from the Potomac River to the Capitol Building. It also encompasses the Washington Monument obelisk and the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, of particular significance in US civil rights, commemorated by the latest addition - the Martin Luther King Memorial.
Also here are 11 of the city’s 17 incredible Smithsonian museums, including the unmissable National Museum of American History.
If all this gets too much, wander around Georgetown’s Colonial buildings and take a break in one of the student cafés. Many world cuisines are represented in Washington DC and the city also has its fair share of live music venues, with a surprisingly good jazz scene. The National Symphony Orchestra is based here and the Kennedy Center hosts a range of productions.
DC’s planning policy means there are no skyscrapers, so if you fly into Washingon Dulles Airport over the city, you see its white buildings standing proud. The city is also served by Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport and Washington National Airport. All are quite a way out, so leave plenty of time to get there from your hotel, apartment or guest house booked through Booking.com.

Washington is a wonderful, wide, and quiet city, as it is the Capital town of the USA. It provides a lot of different possibilities both from the tourist and business point of views. It is possible to see and learn countless things for free, thanks to the Smithsonian Institution and the several open museums that are located by the Washington Mall: the Museum of Air and Space, the Gallery of Art, the Museum of Natural History, the American Art Museum, and others. The city is also full of nice parks, statues, and mix different architectural styles, and it hosts ones of the most famous, glorious, and beautiful historical monuments: the Lincoln Memorial, the Washington Memorial, the Arlington Cemetery, the M.L. King Memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, and others. It is definitely a must to see destination, and it is recommended to stay at least 5-7 days to have a better idea of the different places.

If you're interested in politics, history and art, Washington is a great destination. Nearly all the museums are free and the exhibitions are well curated.
The architecture is great for a city that is approx 250 years old. Grand buildings line the central Mall where most of the Smithsonian museums reside.
Notable visits included Arlington Ceremony to see the changing of the guard at the tomb of the unknown soldier, lunch in Georgetown; a prettier suburb of Washington, The American Indian Museum was very informative and educational.
The Capitol Hill Tour and a visit to the public gallery in the House of Representatives showed us some of the workings of the US Government.
Galleries included the National Gallery and the Portrait Gallery - lots of variety of artwork from across the world and different genres.

The location of the hotel is a short walk to the White house and other attractions. Tons of transportation near and around the hotel. So for people that dont drive its a blessing. The metro train stops right next to the hotel. The park across the street from the hotel has bus stops on every corner of the park. Every 5 or 6 blocks there is a park. Sightseeing and tour buses are short walk from the hotel. The cafes and restaurants are on the expensive side but the sandwiches at the Tatte cafe are delicious.

There is a lot to do in DC, plan ahead - some of the Smithsonian museums and places to see, require tickets (most are free but required) - if you don't get the tickets in advance - you may not get to see the place as a lot of folks book in advance.
Prepare to walk a lot. National Mall area has a lot of things to do but be ready to walk.
Plenty of food options all around - this should not be a problem.

I recommend taking an Uber if needing to drive anywhere or taking the Hop On/Off busses. It's the best way to get around. The traffic is awful and noisy. Lots of horns. Depending on where you go, be prepared for homeless and drug addicted people roaming the streets. Over all, there's lots to see and do. Be prepared for lines into the museums and large groups.
The location was fantastic. The room came with a kitchen and grocery shops were nearby allowing you to prepare meals for yourself. The staff were friendly and helpful with ideas and knew the locality really well. The room was large and clean. The train was two blocks away and if you were travelling to or from Regan Airport it is easy to get a blue line train which comes every 8 minutes. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Washington DC.
it was a very good experience!!!! I think it is one of the best examples : price =quality
Room was perfectly clean
There were all necessary facilities
Very quiet and warm.
Very comfortable beds
Enough space for three people.
The parking is not so far away from the hotel, about 2 minutes walk. There is a building with a lot of empty space for your car.
It is very important in Washington DC availability of parking.
Very well located for sightseeing in Washington - all the main museums and monuments are within walking distance. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was a little dated (the hotel has a 70s vibe), but was clean and comfortable. Room had all the amenities you need, including fridge, and tea and coffee were replenished daily.
The staff was amazing and kind. My spouse and I so enjoyed the room size, the bed comfort, the food at breakfast and dinner. The happy hour bartender we had on Friday 10/30 was spectacular. She was so wonderful. The room size and the balcony was amazing. So glad we spent the time to find this hotel. The location near Dupont Circle is great too.
location is highly accessible and near metro station. It’s very near to the main tourist attractions. Very professional courteous and helpful staff. They allowed us for early check in and gave us room which has the best view. Room is very clean and comfortable.
This is a self-service check in hotel, so use a code to enter. No thrills, not reception at hotel, but easy to do and very efficient. Appartement was well organized and with small kitchen and spacious. Great value for money, in the centre of Washington DC,
The breakfast great, the location perfect, I like that we Get early and the hotel Let us do the check in two hours before. And in the loby has microwave and food that is really cheap, I recomended this hotel it was an amazing experience
Very clean and quality rooms, the lobby was cute and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Staff were very helpful. Everything was amazing and the price was so cheap, and the hotel was better than many of the big brands.
This is a welcoming hotel in a very central location, albeit not cheap. We have stayed there before and this time were happy to enjoy the renovated rooms on the 12th floor. Breakfast buffet was terrific as usual.
Great location - approx 1.5 mile walk to Washington Monument. Delicious breakfast. Extremely quite for city location & great value restaurant’s on 17th Street - cheaper than central DC
The location of the hotel is amazing. Walking distance to everything you want to see in Washington DC, It doesn't get any better than this. The best value for money you will find.
Cheap, well located next to the metro, staff try their best to be accommodating and the cleaning lady is amazing, very friendly, helpful but maybe a little overworked!
