Not an early person so did not use the breakfast facilities, however my friends did and were quite satisfied. The location was lovely, the bars and restaurants in the area were fantastic.

Amstelveen is a lovely wee place but being only 20 mins by car from Amsterdam centre you’ll want to go there. Amstelveen has local shops and amenities needed but there’s not a great deal to do in the area and not within walking distance.

I will write about my Room , I booked and paid for a studio XXL . They gave me room no. 013 . I think the room 013 is only XL and not XXL . Kindly check with them and your files . If they gave me only studio XL ,instead of XXL ,then I want a refund for the extra price I paid .
Thank you.

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station. It was an easy ride into town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
The neighborhood is quiet. About a 10 minute walk down the street is a strip mall with some restaurants. We tried the kabob place while waiting to check in. It wasn't too bad. There is also a coffeeshop/gelato shop located there. That' the best part of the mall.

Very convenient location close to the airport with bus transportation right outside the property gates. Amstelveen looked like a lovely little town. Unfortunately we arrived late at night and had to leave first thing in the morning so did not have the opportunity to check out the area, restaurants, and night life.

You hardly see the next recommendation: walk up to the Kalfjeslaan and turn right, walking eastward (look it up on Google maps).
Walk all the way to the Amstel river and where you hit the river turn right (or have a cup of coffee and a portion "bitterballen" before you go on at the Kleine Kalfje =Small Calf), walk along the river and enjoy this typically Dutch landscape. Turn right at Machineweg MP until you hit Amstelveen again. This is a wonderful walk with sun or drizzle, not that much when it is raining.
We had a wonderful week in this charming, cute B&B hotel. Johann and Katarina with their son and his girlfriend have lovingly cared for us. They are very hospitable and helpful. With the bicycles from the house you can easily go to the city of Amsterdam in 30-40 minutes. From Amstelveen you can drive in about 30 minutes to the sea, Haarlem, the cheese market in Alkmaar, the island of Marken... In Amstelveen you live quietly and have several restaurants to choose from and a great ice cream parlor within walking distance!
I really liked this lovely family run business in a lovely location. We wanted to stay outside the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but be able to easily get in and out of the city. This was perfect. The hotel is in a lovely relaxing area with nice walks and restaurants just down the road. We hired bikes from the hotel and enjoyed riding around on the excellent cycle paths. It's such a great way to get around and see so much. I really can't express just how fantastic and friendly all the staff were here.
We absolutely loved the location and cleanliness of Europarks. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the gentleman working there and he was friendly, engaging and helpful throughout our stay. We rented bikes which made our trips into Amsterdam a breeze. The cabin was perfect for the 3 of us and we would recommend Europarks to everyone. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle and spent many hours exploring de Bos. The proximity to the bus and Amstelveen was fantastic.
Exceptional stay in an exceptional place with an exceptional host. There is nothing not to like about B&B In de Schulp. The communication with the host, Caroline is exceptional. The place is modern, clean, and spacious and the location is great. Easy to reach with all public transport. Ask Caroline for suggestions on how to optimize your transport. Will definitely be back here should I travel to Amsterdam again in the future.
A very convenient, spacious, well equipped, quite and clean apartment. A big and comfortable bed, many closets, large bathroom and separate toilets. The staff were very nice. Location - there's a close tram station with 2 lines (5 and 25) every few minutes, allowing a short trip to Amsterdam-zuid train station, from which there's a fast metro connection to the city or a frequent direct short train trip to the airport.
The value for the stay was excellent. The room was small with the bed against the wall on one side and it had only hanging space for clothes. However, it was comfortable for a short stay of 2 nights. Location was very good with a short walk to a tram stop and frequent trams to Amsterdam city centre which took 20 minutes if no connections. Trams run until about midnight. Breakfast was good value and adequate.
Location was perfect for us, just 20-25 min from city center, Amstelveen itself was interesting to explore
Room was really nice, enough space, comfort and clean.
Our room had kitchenette which was very useful to us, concerning that hotel don't have their own restaurant.
Reception desk was useful and handy, providing enough and help information to us.
Parking is free and always available.
The hotel is located in a main road of Amstelveen, next to the Amsterdamse Bos. It is really easy to reach the city centre with the bus (the stop right in front of the hotel).
Our (second) room had a great view on a small canal and on the wood, which was really nice at sunset.
The staff was always present and helpful.
The room was a big size, the bathroom was excellent - great size, great fittings and the shower was probably the best I've had in a hotel. Free parking. Very close to public transport and easy to navigate to get to Amsterdam (for English only speaking traveller). Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent stay
The hotel is full of charm and the owners are super nice and very helpful. The location is perfect with many attractions at walking distance. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended just know there are steep stairs to get to the rooms.
The small apartment blocks are great value for the money. It was quite new and had everything I needed. The campsite is in the middle of the forest, it's very relaxing. You would need a bike if you want to go to Amsterdam, because the public transportation connection is very slow.
Location ,decor, breakfast excellent and good selection , staff of the breakfast , kindness and professionalism of the staff of reception, dog friendly hotel and easy to walk the dog in the surrounding nature . Walking distance to grocery shops , close to gas station .
Very brown cafe restaurant dancing on the first floor. Maybe a bit noisy but I did really like the atmosphere. Very close to the forest Amsterdamse bos, two bakerys next to the hotel. Free parking in the street. It was great for my purpose.Good value for money!
Close to the trams, Amstel Park and Amsterdam forest. I hired a well maintained bike from the hotel to ride the forest. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean with a great kitchen. It was very quiet. Bathroom was a joy. Wifi was good.
Lovely hotel in beautiful Amstelveen, a really stunning area with beautiful houses and some hidden gems around every turn. Be sure to check out the local bars in the Amstelveen area as they are well worth a visit and serve great food too!
Bigger room and very clean. Only 5 minutes walk to the tram station or 10 minutes to the bus station. Close to the schipol airport. If you want to travel to another cities than just Amsterdam, better to go to schipol train station.
Awesome location (2-3 min from tram 5 which goes to Amsterdam and bus 300 to the Schipol airport), large room, nice breakfast and convenient bike rental service.
