The location is good, not far from restaurants, shops, and the railway station. The staff was friendly and clearly putting effort to make you feel good. The room was comfortable, with even minor things being taken care of, such as a comfortable room temperature and the ease of getting warm water from the shower and water tap. Finally, the building is nice and beautiful from the outside and inside.

This hotel is located in the heart of Jyväskylä, on the pedestrian street Kauppakatu, 300 metres from Jyväskylä train station. A Finnish breakfast is served in the Silmu restaurant daily. The sauna worked until 21.00, but the front desk lady was so kind to extend for us since we arrived late. The breakfast is great, lots of local taste. The location is next to all the bars, but not noicy

The location for the university, the views, the recent breakfast spread, the sauna in my room, staff couldn’t have been more pleasant and welcoming, great room service

It was the second hotel I tried in Finland and, just like the first one, everything was fantastic. The room was VERY clean, equipped with a coffee machine + kettle, the bed very comfortable, the sheets great. Several pillows of several dimensions, so the guest can choose whatever suits them best. It was easy to find and had a great underground parking which, in -34 degrees C, was most welcome. Most importantly, the staff was very kind to my dog :) The restaurant onsite, an Italian trattoria, was also quite nice.

This privately-owned hotel is situated 400 metres from Jyväskylä Train Station and is 18 minutes’ walk from Alvar Aalto Museum. It features free WiFi, a 24-hour reception and a bookable sauna. There was enough to eat at breakfast and everything was fresh. Location was central and it was easy to find parking place near the frontdoor.

This hotel, located in scenic natural surroundings, is 5 minutes’ drive from Jyväskylä’s town centre. It features a bowling alley and a large spa centre with views of Lake Tuomiojärvi. very good and child-friendly hotel. Very nice SPA, very good saunas and pools with very warm water. Our best experience with a Finnish hotel on this trip (5 days and 4 different hotels) I will gladly come back next time. P.S. very tasty breakfast.
